Description: SDA secured full planning permission for this dwelling under a Paragraph 80 application, meaning the proposal had to be "truly outstanding and significantly enhance its immediate setting". Woodhall Spa is characterised by a eclectic range of buildings, and permission was secured by designing the dwelling to act as a quality re-creation of the true indigenous style of architecture at Woodhall Spa.
