A small development of six individually designed bespoke dwellings for Woodhall Spa based developer GN Construction. The site was complicated, including highly complex drainage issues and a challenging planning position which required the design of each individual dwelling to be tailored to the planning authority's requirements, and which took a great deal of discussion and negotiation with the local planning authority (ELDC) to resolve.
