Description: A contemporary dwelling situated within the heart of Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire. The design goals aimed to challenge architectural boundaries through the introduction of large cantilevered aspects and variety of materials in order to break the mass of the building. Consideration to the internal spaces created was a key part of the process with the inclusion of a feature internal courtyard and multiple double-height spaces providing vast amounts of natural light into the centre of the dwelling. The choice of materials were carefully considered to create a contrast in areas whilst also allowing the development to nestle into its woodland setting.
