Description: SDA were initially commissioned to carry-out a full survey of the existing dwelling and produce a set of sketch designs with a view to maximising the internal layout. The sketch design stage explored creating larger room spaces through sensitive demolition works and the introduction of a couple of small extensions to the front and rear of the existing dwelling. Following this successful stage, SDA were then commissioned to submit a Planning Application for the works which was subsequently approved by Lincoln City Council.
