Description: SDA were commissioned on this occasion to carry-out a full survey of the existing dwelling and produce a set of sketch designs with a view to submitting a Planning Application. The Sketch Design stage explored maximising the internal layout through sensitive demolition works and the introduction of a small linking extension to create an open-plan kitchen living area.
